God wants to break us so he can restore us.- 1 Peter 5:10

In his kindness God called you to share in his eternal glory by means of Christ Jesus. So after you have suffered a little while, he will restore, support, and strengthen you, and he will place you on a firm foundation.” – 1 Peter 5:10

It’s been awhile since I have posted a poem like the one I did, and I wanted to share a little about it with the support of scripture. Lately, I’ve been feeling pushed and pressured in this season, which probably many of you are facing right now. But as a result of this pushing and continuous demand from God from the situations of life, I feel like my message is never ending. When I teach to my disciples, when I pray, or when I speak to people in general, my message never ends. I feel like it can go on forever. I am learning so much through my trials and tribulations, and I learned that this is the point (or season) that God wants to position us in. He wants to be able to break us so much so that he can restore us. When a fish is caught from the sea, it needs to be washed clean before it can be set to eat. The same thing must be done with several animals before eating them first. In other words, before God can use something to be of good value, he needs to get rid of all the negative circumstances about it. He wants to remove the garbage, the filth, and every negativity. This step in a person’s life is called “the process of God (or the process of life, I guess).” Some people never make it; but I made a decision before God to be able to make it through, and it is my prayer that you do, as well.

Have you been facing opposition? Do you feel like the worries of life are too much to handle? God wants to deliver your mind, your thoughts, and wants to be able to use that to his advantage to perfect you, so that you can be a clean vessel to carry out his purpose on Earth!

God bless you!
